Sadly, some of them were too weak to survive, but atleast 8 cats are now healthy and happy. I am going to be posting something similar on my blog too because this is so near and dear to my heart. My mom and I started BeadedTail as a way to raise money for causes that support no kill shelters and education about spaying and neutering. So far we have donated at least 100% (usually more) of the sales of our jewelry and it's only a drop in the bucket to what is needed but every little bit helps. Daisy and Barb had great ideas on other ways to help too. There is so much need for donations and foster parents for these poor animals that are homeless through no fault of their own. My Mommie says at the shelter she helps at, there are cats who have lived there for years. All the cats are so grateful for even the smallest kindness and bit of attention.
