Awesome Book Giveaway Of 'The Widow Of Saunders Creek' By Tracey Bateman

I am going to do something a little bit different on my blog. I am going to host a book giveaway. This is an awesome book I posted my review of this book here. This is the type of book you can't put down. Please enter below, the more points you get the better chance you have of winning! I would like to give something back to my readers (friends), a way of saying thank you for being faithful, folowers, readers, and my wonderful blogosphere friends, that I am so thankful to each one of you for many different reasons. Good luck!

Overview: A grief that knows no boundary. A love without any limit. A need that doesn’t end at death.

Corrie Saunders grew up in a life of privilege. But she gave it all up for Jarrod, her Army husband, a man she knew was a hero when she vowed to spend her life with him. She just didn’t expect her hero to sacrifice his life taking on an Iraqi suicide bomber.

Six months after Jarrod’s death, Corrie retreats to the family home her husband inherited deep in the Missouri Ozarks. She doesn’t know how to live without Jarrod—she doesn’t want to. By moving to Saunders Creek and living in a house beloved by him, she hopes that somehow her Jarrod will come back to her.

Something about the house suggests maybe he has. Corrie begins to wonder if she can feel Jarrod’s presence.

Jarrod’s cousin Eli is helping Corrie with the house’s restoration and he knows that his dead cousin is not what Corrie senses. Eli, as a believing man and at odds with his mystically-oriented family members, thinks friendly visits from beyond are hogwash. But he takes spirits with dark intentions seriously. Can he convince Corrie that letting go of Jarrod will lead to finding her footing again— and to the One she can truly put her faith into?

Teacher sisters face charges of making meth near school

My husband came into our bedroom and asked me if I had seen on the news where these two sisters who are teachers were busted for cooking meth in their house, I was like, aw hell no.

So I told him I would look online at our local paper and see if it was in there, sure enough it was. The reason these meth heads were even caught was because they set there own house on fire cooking it! What really got my nerve was they lived within a 591 feet from an elementary school, of course not the school they both taught at. I mean come on, the neighbors or schools were not even suspicious at all? They even looked the part, tweaking big time, looked like they haven't slept in a month.

I know that people get strung out on this crap and get addicted, but here is my thing "why in the hell start to begin with?" Because it's cool and everyone is doing it? You need energy, because you work such long hours, or you have a final to get through? Your restless and bored? Life at home with a roof over your head and food on the table is just too much for you? "Oh man I just wanted to party" I mean come on, WAKE UP!

And then these two were going to school and teaching children, oh my Lord! If the United States has a war on drugs law, we need to start a bigger one in my opinion.
